Membership Signup

If you wish to join the club, please complete the form below. This commits you to a year's membership renewed in April. Unfortunately, due to the way England Athletics processes work, we can not pro-rata the payment (so if you joined in December, you would only get 4 months for the 12-month price). If you join after Christmas we will wait until April before completing the membership (unless you ask us to do otherwise). Luckily, it is not too expensive:

Full Year Adult Membership—Competing £35, Social £34
Family Membership (2nd or more family member)–£33
Second Claim Members (if you are already a member of another club)–£15

Declaration (Please Read Carefully!)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

  • I confirm that I am an amateur athlete as defined by the eligibility rules of UK athletics.

  • I will not bring either children under 18 or dogs when I am running in a training sessions, race or other club event (sorry our insurance does not cover this).

  • I absolve Fleckney and Kibworth Running Club of all liability or loss sustained in any of the club activities including training sessions, races and social events.

  • I agree to follow the club safety regulations which includes wearing reflective clothing in the dark.

  • I confirm that I am not aware of any health problems that would preclude me from participating in physical exercise and that I am responsible for following the advice given by a G.P. or other health professional in the event of sustaining injury or illness.

  • I agree to pay the annual club subscription in full before I am eligible to represent the club in any amateur athletic event.

  • Data protection Act 1998–I consent to Fleckney and Kibworth Running Club holding my personal data. I understand that this data will not be disclosed to any third party other than registered amateur athletic governing bodies without my prior consent.

Following submission of this form (you get an email confirmation), your details will be entered into the England Athletics website by the club's membership secretary (may take a couple of days!). You will then be sent an email from England Athletics to pay your subscription. If either email fails to appear, check your Junk mailbox. Any problems ask Adam!
